Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Retail Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our convenience store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Inventory Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
