Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BREM15 INC is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our establishment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
