Job Title: Welder

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty and hot conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a repetitive task environment.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and hoisting and lifting equipment.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible.
  • Organized and punctual with a hardworking attitude.
