About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Factory Labourer to join our team at Roy & Breton inc. in a Furniture Manufacturing company. As a Factory Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in maintaining a smooth production flow.
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required to support the production process.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Physical demands: Physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude.
