Daily Duties Deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding experiences. Welcome and guide customers with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor to achieve favorable results. Manage incoming calls while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or questions. Proven experience in an inside sales or counter sales environment; capable of confidently sharing product knowledge with customers. Prepare detailed pricing information and present customer quotes effectively. Demonstrate efficient and meticulous data entry skills for scheduling appointments and processing orders in internal systems. Qualifications for Success A keen interest in the automotive industry and a preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting. Exceptional customer service capabilities. A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles is preferred. A solid understanding of the automotive or related industry, along with a willingness to learn about products. Familiarity with consumer behavior principles. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Enjoy being active throughout the day and able to lift 30-50 lb tires as necessary. Always safety-conscious, adhering to required PPE and following safety protocols as instructed.
