Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Mercedes-Benz Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing the sales performance of our dealerships within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dealer relationships and provide support to ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping and ownership experience.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on business operations.
  • Review key performance results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting or relevant automotive position, preferably with a luxury manufacturer.
  • 5+ years of experience with wholesale sales management or dealer service/parts operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
