Job Description
We are seeking experienced AZ drivers to join our short haul team. You will be responsible for safely transporting materials across Northern and Southern Ontario.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate an AZ truck and trailer safely, delivering materials to various locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Safely load and unload materials, ensuring secure cargo
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, adapting to any environmental or route changes
- Perform manual tarping on loads when required
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and driver's abstract
- Experience operating 18-speed manual transmission is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an AZ driver in a similar role
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable sleeping in the truck bunk during hauls
