Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their spa experience is tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
