  • A calm and patient approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment, with a focus on student-centered support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background and/or experience with academic or behavioral needs, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to work one-on-one with a student in an inclusive environment, adapting to their unique needs and requirements.
  • Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant, with a focus on providing high-quality support to students.
