IT & Cyber Security Project Manager - Clean Energy Technology

Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. We are seeking an experienced IT & Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide program and project management ownership of assigned IT and Cyber Security initiatives.
- Lead initiatives, plan and coordinate, and report on various IT and Cyber Security projects under a portfolio.
- Act as Scrum Master / Project Manager for IT and Cyber Security initiatives.
- Perform key communications regarding change, project status, and project value proposition.
- Identify project risks, prepare risk mitigation plans, and actively manage risks.
- Effectively manage scope, budget, resources, and schedule for assigned initiatives.
- Define and measure change related KPIs and CSFs and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Minimum of years' direct work experience in a project management capacity in a combination of traditional and agile environments.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering Information Security and Information Technology proofs of concept, pilots, agile release trains, and projects.
- Good technical understanding of common technologies and domains, including cybersecurity, API integration, and cloud-based services and tools such as Azure.
- Good working knowledge of most of the following: Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft, SharePoint Online, Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.
- Recognized certification in Project Management, preferably PMI PMP.
- Skills in Kanban, Lean Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
