About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Teasdale Building Company Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to prepare sites for construction.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate pile driving cranes to drive pilings into the earth, providing support for buildings and other structures.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to precise specifications.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Maintenance: Assist in demolishing buildings and performing routine maintenance work, ensuring the site is safe and secure.
  • Cleanup and Debris Removal: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
