Job Title: Nail Salon Supervisor

Amazing Nails & Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a nail salon or related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
