Job Title: Senior Software Development Team Lead

At Momentm Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our software development team and overseeing the development of our new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software developers in the development of new products
  • Oversee the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize features and ensure alignment with market needs
  • Review and provide feedback on code quality, architecture, and design
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Identify and address technical issues and roadblocks
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure seamless integration and testing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in C# and Agile methodologies
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue preferred) and Microsoft SQL Server
