We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the draft beer system, glassware, and inventory.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Customer Service: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure optimal levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the serving staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 hours per week
