Product Sourcing and Negotiation

Assortment Planning and Management

Plan and manage the assortment of products across our hardlines categories to ensure optimal sales and profitability.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and manage financial plans and forecasts to ensure accurate sales and profitability projections.

Marketing and Promotions

Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and customer engagement.

Vendor Relations and Communication

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hardlines retail
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the category
  3. Experience in marketing and merchandising
  4. Degree or diploma in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  6. Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for buying
  7. Ability to work in a team environment
  8. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and merchandising systems
