About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Tribes Group of Industries LTD. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet the evolving needs of our clients and their communications goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications needs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication, considering the desired visual effect and client objectives.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency and quality in our design output.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, utilizing existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Permanent employment, working 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
