About the Role

As a Dealer at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, you will be the heart of the casino, conducting the play of the game and interacting with guests to create an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage game pace and security, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Compute wins and losses, and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the Dealer Supervisor to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong math skills and ability to work with numbers quickly and accurately.
  • Dealing experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, as applicable.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
