Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Merchandise and Inventory
- Plan and implement effective merchandise displays and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to retain customers and drive repeat business.
- Operations and Administration

- Education and Experience
