We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at TÜV SÜD. Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Canada facilities, ensuring compliance with TÜV SÜD policies and ISO 17025 guidelines.
- Team Management: Manage a team of highly skilled Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and projections.
- Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Financial Management: Create and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring spending and making adjustments as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and effectively.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, supporting customer meetings, inquiries, and testing to drive business development.
- Leadership Development: Support the growth and development of our technicians and engineers, providing training and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product safety compliance services, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with a deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of our industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
