Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their independence and dignity.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with toileting, mobility, and transfers, to ensure clients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Prepare and serve meals, manage household needs, and provide companionship and respite services to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Ontario PSW Certificate or Internationally Educated Nursing Credentials.
- At least three years of previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
