Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, as well as prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, adhering to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Will train.
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often on the road for extended periods. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
