Position: Corporate Financial Controller
CB Canada is seeking a skilled Corporate Financial Controller for a publicly listed organization. This role offers the flexibility of remote work on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated financial reports with accompanying notes for the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)
- Drafting the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)
- Involvement in the creation of press releases
- Engagement in potential financing initiatives
- Conducting financial assessments and balance sheet evaluations
- Managing transactions in multiple currencies
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional experience is essential
- Preferred background in manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or mining sectors
- Experience with publicly traded companies and a solid understanding of IFRS standards
- Bilingual proficiency required, as all documentation is in English
- Advanced skills in Excel (excluding macros)
- Attention to detail and precision are critical
