About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Show Coordinator to join our team at Boothworks Inc. As a Trade Show Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering revenues and expenditures, developing risk management plans, and promoting conference and meeting services or special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Administer revenues and expenditures, and assist in budget preparation.
  • Event Planning: Develop risk management plans, promote conference and meeting services or special events, and plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop marketing and communication plans, and develop media strategies and public relations activities.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Assist in site selection, attend to related details, and co-ordinate media services.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
