Building Tradesman

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at A R Homes Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and tools.
• Construction Support: Provide support to construction teams by erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other structures, as well as assisting with the installation of building materials.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and assisting with the removal of rubble and debris.
• Heavy Lifting: Lift, move, and place heavy materials and equipment, up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and 45 kg (100 lbs), as required.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
• Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
