Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Sector Clerk to join our team at Emblem Insurance Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing claims transactions, storing and updating financial data, and administering policy changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Processing: Process claims transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data as required.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policy changes and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide clients with information and respond to their inquiries.
  • Financial Transactions: Sort, verify, and process financial transactions.
  • Insurance Premiums: Calculate insurance premiums and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Financial Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information and securities listings.
  • Insurance Data: Compile and maintain accurate insurance data and records.
  • Customer Notifications: Notify customers regarding account discrepancies and provide them with accurate information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
