About the Role

My Home Concierge is seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our Appliance Repair Division, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, troubleshooting and repairing appliances on site, and leading our team as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls by dispatching help or troubleshooting and repairing appliances on site
  • Secure new warranty contracts
  • Lead the Appliance Repair Division as the company grows
  • Mentor and oversee an Appliance Technician Apprentice
  • Order parts for repair, when required
  • Complete Work Orders and other administrative paperwork in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Qualified in Alberta as a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or Red Seal/Journeyperson Appliance Service Technician
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills
  • Leadership abilities and a focus on team

What We Offer

$21-38 per hour

40 hours per week
