Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Qualiport Transport Inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Safely operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Pre-Trip, En Route, and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before, during, and after trips to identify and address any issues that may affect the safety and efficiency of the transportation process.
  • Environmental Considerations: As a green job, this role involves duties and responsibilities that contribute to positive environmental outcomes, such as reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable transportation practices.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a regular work schedule of 40 to 60 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
