Job Summary:

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and stabilizing fire, communication, automation, and related smart building products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test strategies and procedures for networked fire alarm control panels and system configuration tools.
  • Design, implement, and manage lab test networks.
  • Perform features, functions, stability, and regression testing of products.
  • Coordinate testing activities with the QA test group and product developers.
  • Assist in reproducing customers' issues in the QA lab.
  • Provide feedback to developers to improve product usability.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of QA test experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of wired and wireless networking protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking equipment setup and operation.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based software.
  • Ability to use network protocol analyzers for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
