Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic environment, specifically in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Suggest or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their tasks as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Develop and manage work schedules for the team
