About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Freshii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
    • Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure food safety
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Upsell and promote menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
