Fashion Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales through your knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform register functions, including processing transactions and handling customer returns and exchanges.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
