- Mobility Support: Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients safely.
- Communication: Deliver messages and reports between departments to ensure seamless care.
- Room Maintenance: Make beds and keep patients' living areas tidy.
- Exercise Supervision: Oversee and encourage patients' exercise routines.
- Medical Assistance: Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures as directed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a stock of necessary supplies for patient care.
- Transportation: Safely transport patients within care facilities.
- Emergency Response: Provide first aid when required.
Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience is required.
Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Additional Requirements- Background Check: A criminal record check is mandatory.
- Work Hours: This position typically requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
