- Accounting and Risk Management: Oversee a team of 4 and provide leadership in accounting functions, including budgeting, cash flow management, project accounting, and forecasting.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of the company's strategic plan and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant in a medium-sized construction company.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
