Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at ACA Emergency Response Training Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop staff in duties and policies to ensure a smooth operation of our facilities.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong initiative, judgement, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
- English language proficiency.
