About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Ric's Lounge & Grill (Edmonton Airport) LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget reports to optimize profitability, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Menu Development and Pricing: Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that meet customer demands and maintain profitability.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for customers, addressing concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help staff members develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
