Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Richibucto Food Services Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and inspect tray assembly
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
