We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for sale. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat to prepare for sale
- Prepare standard cuts of meat for display
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh and price meat products
- Sell meat products to customers
- Grind meat as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a team environment
