About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting Systems Administration: Set up and administer accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software and systems.
