Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GOLDEN HUSKY TRAVEL CENTRE. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation in our dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
