Poste d'analyste fonctionnel RH SAP

L'analyste fonctionnel RH SAP est chargé de la gestion courante des systèmes informatisés de ressources humaines. Il veille aux activités de conception, de réalisation, de test et de livraison de solutions SAP RH en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe.

Responsabilités
  • Proposer et concevoir les solutions SAP dans le cadre des projets TI et des diverses demandes de changements.
  • Élaborer le travail et les actions pour mettre en place les solutions répondant aux besoins, dans les délais requis.
  • Estimer et valider les efforts requis pour le développement de la solution.
  • S'aligner avec les équipes des autres systèmes interne ou externe, qui sont impactées par la solution à mettre en place.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles pour le développement de la solution (ABAP, PI, autres).
  • Configurer les différents modules SAP utilisés : Paie, Gestion de l'organisation, Avantages sociaux et Gestion de temps.
  • Rédiger, réaliser et valider les tests unitaires, les tests intégrés (processus/intégration entre divers systèmes) et les tests de régressions.
  • Documenter les tests pour obtenir une approbation du client.
  • Documenter les solutions selon les méthodologies utilisées.
  • Tenir à jour la documentation du système.
  • Développer et faire la mise à jour du matériel de formation lorsque nécessaire et former les utilisateurs lorsque requis.
  • Agir à titre de personne ressource de niveau 1, 2 et 3 dans le champ d'expertise SAP RH et Paie auprès du service des RH, Paie et des Opérations.
  • Effectuer des contrôles d'intégrité de données dans le système, analyser les résultats et apporter les correctifs tant aux processus qu'à la connaissance des utilisateurs. Concevoir des outils de contrôle si nécessaire.
  • Créer des importations et des corrections de données en masse.
  • Attribuer des rôles et des autorisations aux utilisateurs et tenir la liste des informations à jour.
  • Mise en place des Support Packs, changements de lois et Fin d'année paie.
