Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Officer to oversee our financial operations at Chief Isaac Inc. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance
  • Generate trial balances of books
  • Reconcile accounts regularly
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Familiar with electronic scheduling tools
  • Experience with human resources software
  • Skilled in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word, QuickBooks, SAP (FI/CO/HR/MM/OT SD), Simply Accounting, TaxPrep, MS Office, Microsoft Publisher, and Sage Accounting Software

  • Experience using scanners
