  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
