Job Summary

AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process and final inspections of structural assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Audit company systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train, direct, and supervise junior employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Perform calibration of measuring and processing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all products, processes, and services meet applicable airworthiness, company, or customer quality requirements.
  • Assist in quality review of engineering masters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of process specifications and materials is essential for this role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform measurements and testing, and record results.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of detail parts and minor assemblies.
  • Prepare all paper records and certificates.
  • Able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a clean work area and alert supervisors to any safety concerns.

Requirements

  • At least a vocational diploma in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in the quality field.
  • Mastery of inspection techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of aeronautical technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
