About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Skyway Behavioral Health. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in leading large-scale projects from ideation to delivery, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and machine learning to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are actionable and impactful.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a data science or related role, with a strong track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights.
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of data management and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the challenges faced by behavioral health organizations.
