We are seeking a skilled Print and Signage Cost Estimator to become an integral part of our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be essential to our organization’s success by providing precise cost assessments and pricing for various print and signage initiatives. Your knowledge will enable us to deliver exceptional products to our clients while enhancing profitability.

Employment Type: This is a full-time on-site role.

Compensation: Starting at $50K plus benefits after a designated probationary period.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Generate comprehensive and precise cost estimates for diverse projects, including printing, installation, signage creation, and vehicle wrapping.
  • Research and Analysis: Evaluate project specifications, requirements, and drawings to ascertain necessary resources, materials, and labor.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and monitor project expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and identifying potential savings.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, sales teams, and other departments to provide accurate and competitive bids.
  • Continuous Development: Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing changes, and best practices to enhance estimation processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports and summaries of estimates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in a related field, with a solid grasp of project estimation and cost management.
  • Skills: Outstanding analytical and mathematical abilities, with a strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of fostering robust relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Flexibility: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Commitment: A dedication to producing high-quality work and achieving project objectives.
  • Creativity: A resourceful problem-solver who can devise innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
