Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality food dishes, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet our culinary standards.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise and manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and kitchen maintenance.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
