Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of shared building spaces
  • Support in administrative tasks related to property management
  • Address resident inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in maintenance and sanitation tasks
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems
  • Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

  • Computer skills are beneficial
  • Prior experience in sales is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:
