Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly scalable and efficient backend systems to support our growing user base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, research, and operations, to drive strategic initiatives and improve the overall user experience.
  • Lead the development of new features and products, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a strong track record of building impactful products or systems.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus, but not required.
