Candidate Profile

We are in search of a lawyer or notary with a minimum of five years of experience in business law, capable of effectively engaging with clients and thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Must hold membership in the Quebec Bar or Chambre des Notaires du Quebec.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in business law.
  • Exhibits autonomy, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) is advantageous.
