Ensure that all documentation related to production and quality is current and accurately maintained.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity within the food processing industry.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
Competence in utilizing production management software and tools.
